WARRANTY
All our products are brand new, in box, always with the original user guides.
They have a 2-years warranty issued by the manufacturers. This
means that in case of any fault of your new device, you need to login to your account in our
website and use the invoice number, as a proof of payment/ownership and request a RMA
to info@emporiolive.com We will provide you full assistance regarding repairs or replacements.
Some brands allow full local support, like Garmin, Tomtom, among others. The
cost related to shipping items for repair or replacement is a responsibility of
the customer.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
We do not keep any details, fully or partially of sensitive data such as
Credit Cards. All transactions are performed in EUROS. We display prices in
other currencies in order to help customers from countries outside EURO zone to
understand better the cost of the products. The exchange rate to be applicable
is determined by the credit card issuer. EmporioLive.com does not fix any rates
or comissions, so in case of doubt, the customers should contact their
bank/credit card company.
